Paul Barada, Jr. served 12 years as Rush County Indiana's elected Prosecuting Attorney. He has also served as counsel to the Mayor of the City of Rushville, Indiana, and served as the Treasurer of the Rush County Republican Party for 12 years.

Grant Reeves


Franklin County resident and Rush County native Grant Reeves is an associate with Barada Law Offices. Grant studied law at Duke University in Durham, NC. Grant is also a graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School.

Rose Hoeing


Rose Hoeing has been with Barada Law Offices from the beginning. She has 28-years experience in the legal profession and is involved with almost every file at Barada Law Offices. Hoeing's main focus of law includes criminal, family and general legal matters.

Rose is an active member at St. Mary Catholic Church in Rushville. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, working in her flowerbeds and vegetable garden. Rose has lived in Rush County most of her life, and she and her husband Gary have three boys Josh, Kyle and Zach.

Karen Ward


Barada Law Offices welcomes Karen Ward from Rick Levi's office. She brings a total of 33 years of experience with her: 18 years as a legal assistant and 15 years as a paralegal. Karen has experience in several areas of the law, but her specialty is probate and estate planning.

Karen is an active member at Frist Southern Baptist Church in Rushville, and she is also a member of the Rush County Chorale. Ward enjoys boating, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband Eric have a son, Brennan, and a daughter, Alison.
